Are the display, glass and touchscreen the same thing?

No. The display shows the image, the touchscreen registers touch, and the outer glass protects them. On some models the parts form one module, while on others a given repair can be done separately.

Is my data deleted during a standard repair?

Replacing a display, battery, camera or charging port normally does not require erasing your content. We recommend keeping an up-to-date backup of your important data.

What is needed before a battery replacement?

For a full test and, if needed, calibration you need enough free storage, an up-to-date supported version of iOS and access to the device.

The phone won’t charge — battery or charging port?

The cause can be the battery, the cable, the charger, a dirty or damaged charging port, or the charging electronics. We find the exact cause first.

How long does a standard repair take?

Replacing a display, battery, camera or charging port usually takes up to 1 hour when the part is in stock and the fault is confirmed. Express replacement within 30 minutes is available for a 30 € surcharge.
